Dr. Kent Gaylord is BoardCertified in Family Medicine and has been at the medical center since 1996. He has a special interest in pediatrics and has sought extra training to better serve Telluride’s children. He also specializes in men’s and women’s health care, preventative medicine and is one of the regions only FAA certified Aviation Medical Examiners.
Dr. Kent Gaylord was born in Napa, California; his family moved to Boulder, Co. when he was 6 months old where he grew up and attended school. Kent received his undergraduate degree in history and economics from Occidental College in Pasadena, Ca.
Kent is married to Ramona and has two children, Chambri and Soliel. He is devoted to his family. He is an avid outdoorsman with interests in hiking, running, biking, skiing, rafting and birding. He is also a licensed pilot, though he does not get to fly as much as he would like.
