Important Information
The Telluride Medical Center contracts with the following insurance companies
- Aetna – PPO only
- Blue Cross Blue Shield – Primary Care only
- CIGNA
- CNIC
- Colorado Medicaid
- Cofinity (Sloans Lake)
- Great West Healthcare
- Medicare
- Rocky Mountain Health Plans
If you have another insurance, payment is expected at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment at the time of service is an estimate. From time to time, adjustments are made based on the services provided. If an adjustment is made, you will either receive a bill or a refund for the difference.
