Board Bio's
Bill Grun, President
Bill is a Private Investor and Consultant. He loves sailing his boat, Avante, and golfing. Bill has been a member of the board since 2005, and has been re-elected for a second 4-year term, ending in 2014. He is the retired President and Chief Operating Officer of Optum Software and for President of Allied Signal (Honeywell International) and Pneumo Corporation.
Albert Roer, Treasurer
Albert is the President and is a Broker/Owner of Telluride Properties. He has extensive experience in finance and business. Albert is a Certified Ski Instructor and loves a powder day, great food and good wine. Albert has been a member of the board since 2006 and his term ends in 2010.
Dan Garner
Dan retired after 32 years as a CPA with Ernst & Young. He co-authored the Ernst & Young Guide to Financing for Growth. Dan is a full time resident of Mountain Village where he is a member of the Town Council. Term ends 2012.
Carol Krammer, Secretary
Carol is a retired nursing professor with clinical expertise in community mental health nursing. She has 26 years service as faculty at 4 universities, most recently serving as Associate Dean, Mass General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. She has conducted research and published in professional journals. During the past 12 years as a full time local resident, she has served on several non profit boards and enjoys outdoor activities.
Larry Mallard
Larry is the President of a hotel and resort management company based in Telluride. He has been a full time resident of Telluride since 1997 and is married with two daughters. Larry was born and raised in Oklahoma and enjoys outdoor activities with his family . He is committed to the local community and is involved numerous boards and non-profits.
