Now, more than ever, is the time to prioritize your physical and mental health, and we are here to provide compassionate care with empathy and free of judgment.  Your personal information is private and protected by HIPAA.  The HIPAA Privacy Rule protects health information relating to an individual´s past, present, or future physical or mental condition, treatment for the condition, or payment for the treatment. 

According to KFF, an independent source for health policy research, polling, and news, “Immigration was a central campaign issue during the 2024 Presidential election with President-elect Trump vowing to take strict action to restrict both lawful and unlawful immigration into the U.S.  Such actions would have stark impacts on the health and well-being of immigrant families as well as major economic consequences for the nation.”  

At TRMC, we understand that, in times of uncertainty, some individuals may be hesitant to seek medical care. At our clinic, your privacy is protected, and your personal details will never be shared beyond what is necessary for your care. We believe everyone deserves access to healthcare without fear, and our commitment is to provide a safe, welcoming, supportive, and culturally responsive environment for all members of our community.

Additionally, for those who may need assistance covering the costs of care, there are two state options for increased insurance coverage, regardless of documentation status.  There is Cover All Coloradans starting in 2025, which helps children and pregnant people get health coverage, no matter what their immigration status is.  There is also continued coverage through OmniSalud, plans with a specific set of lower, fixed costs available to everyone – regardless of their documentation status.  We recognize even with these options medical care may still not be affordable, or you may not qualify for either of the above-listed coverages.  In this case, Collaborative Action for Immigrants (CAFI) has emergency financial support available.  If you need support with medical debt, please reach out directly to Cali at TRMC at 970-708-8745.  If you would like to donate to this indispensable fund, the Unidos Fund, you can do so online.

Ahora, más que nunca, es el momento de priorizar su salud física y mental, y estamos aquí para brindarle atención compasiva, empática y sin prejuicios. Su información personal es privada y está protegida por las leyes de HIPAA.

La Ley de Privacidad de HIPAA protege la información de salud relacionada con la condición física o mental de un individuo ya sea del pasado, presente o en el futuro, o el tratamiento de una afección o el pago por un tratamiento. Según KFF, una fuente independiente de investigación de políticas de salud, encuestas y noticias, “el tema inmigración fue central en la campaña de las elecciones presidenciales de 2024, con promesas del nuevo presidente electo Trump de tomar medidas estrictas para restringir la inmigración legal e ilegal a los EE.
