Memorial Gifts

Memorial gifts are expressions to remember and honor the memory of a friend or loved one. The individual or family named by the donor receives a special acknowledgement that a gift has been made in their name. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed to the family or honoree.

Named Gifts

There are numerous naming opportunities available throughout Telluride Regional Medical Center including buildings, Electronic Medical Records for the Emergency Department, Handicap Ramp and the New Wellness Annex.

Support Our Equipment Capital Campaign

Community support at all levels is a critical need for Telluride Regional Medical Center Foundation. Annual gifts are normally made on an unrestricted basis and apply to programs that are in most need for our community.

Donors gifts are accepted annually for three years.

Friends of the Telluride Regional Medical Center – $2,500 – $5000

Ajax – $5000-$15,000

Ballard – $15,000 – $25,000

Wilson – $20,000 +
