Telluride Medical Center Foundation

Telluride Medical Center Foundation

Since the Telluride Medical Center Foundation was founded in 2008, we have raised millions of dollars in gifts and grants.

When you support the Telluride Regional Medical Center, you’re ensuring life-saving emergency services, state-of-the-art clinical technology, and forward-looking prevention and wellness services for our entire community. Our Level 5 Trauma Center and Primary Care clinic are truly the community’s safety net, and your support of our services and exceptional staff is invaluable.

There are many ways to show your support for Telluride Regional Medical Center Foundation. Whether you chose to make a gift in gratitude for care received or would like to support our quest for a new facility, your gift has an impact. And we’re grateful.

Gifts of all sizes are put to excellent use supporting priority projects and services at our medical center. If you are interested in making a gift, we’d love to hear from you!

Memorial Gifts

Memorial gifts are a meaningful way to remember and honor the memory of a friend or loved one. The individual or family named by the donor receives a special acknowledgement that a gift has been made in their name. You can elect to not disclose the amount of your gift to the family or individual you memorialize.

Donor Advised Funds

Donor Advised Funds (DAFS) can be made to TMCF through this link.  DAFS can be given anonymously, if desired.

Named Gifts

Named gifts can honor and recognize loved ones and perpetuate the name of an individual, a family, a business or an organization. There are numerous naming opportunities available throughout Telluride Regional Medical Center including buildings, exam rooms, the Emergency Department and the New Wellness Annex. There will be many more naming opportunities in the new hospital we plan to build with your support.

Honor Your Caregiver

Did you appreciate the care you received from one of our doctors, nurses or other caregivers? A donation to the Foundation in honor of your caregiver is a great way to show your appreciation for the care you or your loved ones received at Telluride Regional Medical Center.

Securities

Ask us how a gift of appreciated securities may offer you substantial tax advantages and help you to make a larger gift at less cost. Contact the Foundation for transfer instructions.
