To create the optimal patient experience for all who seek care at TRMC. 

Mission

The Patient and Family Advisory Council serves as the voice of TRMC’s patients to advise the Board of Directors and the administration on practices and processes that optimize the patient experience.

About PFAC

The Patient and Family Advisory Council facilitates communication between Telluride Regional Medical Center patients and the medical center’s Board of Directors and administration. Our goal is to optimize the patient experience for all who seek care at TRMC. We focus on assuring access to care, assessing patient satisfaction, making recommendations related to practice improvement, and promoting quality care.
 
The Patient and Family Advisory Council serves as the voice of TRMC’s patients to advise the Board of Directors and the administration on practices and processes that optimize the patient experience. It is our vision to create the optimal patient experience including health equity for all who seek care at TRMC.
