PATIENT & FAMILY ADVISORY COUNCIL
Vision
To create the optimal patient experience for all who seek care at TRMC.
Mission
The Patient and Family Advisory Council serves as the voice of TRMC’s patients to advise the Board of Directors and the administration on practices and processes that optimize the patient experience.
About PFAC
Values
ADVOCACY. As the voice of our patients, we advocate on their behalf for compassionate, patient-centered treatment.
INNOVATION. On behalf of our patients, we act as catalysts for new ideas to improve care delivery and processes.
DIVERSITY. We believe in health equity—that everyone should have equal opportunity to be as healthy as they can be.
1. We welcome the insights that our diverse patient population bring to improve the patient experience.
2. We support an inclusive environment where staff and board members embrace and celebrate the differences of those we serve.
3. We strive to remove obstacles to healthcare access so that no one’s race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, socioeconomic status, geography or preferred language will negatively affect the healthcare that patients receive at TRMC.
