Telluride Regional Medical Center is here for you and your family in the event of an emergency. Our trauma center provides 24/7 care for serious and life-threatening illnesses and injuries. We know that the right expert care makes all the difference in an emergency, and we are committed to delivering compassionate care to those who need it most. Our Level V trauma center team of board-certified ER physicians and registered nurses treat a wide range of major traumatic injuries from broken bones and severe burns to motor vehicle collisions, heart attacks, or stroke.
