We are proud to provide San Miguel County with a full spectrum of healthcare services, including western and complementary medicine and the Telluride region’s only 24-hour emergency and trauma services. We have proudly served the Telluride area since 1978.
Our team uses an evidence-based, patient-centered approach focused on highly coordinated care and long-term, participative relationships. In recognition of this approach, The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) named Telluride Regional Medical Center a Patient-Centered Medical Home, granting us a Level III certification – the highest recognition offered.
