The Telluride Hospital District announced the results of its recent election for its Board of Directors.  Marc Cabrera, who joined the board last year, was elected to a two-year term, while current board member Allison McClain was re-elected to a new four-year term. The board also welcomed a new member, Banks Brown, who will serve a four-year term.

“We are grateful that Marc and Allison will be able to continue their exceptional service to our community, and we are excited to have Banks join us in our efforts to make sure that residents and visitors to the Telluride region have access to high quality healthcare,” said board chair Paul Reich.

The hospital district is responsible for setting strategic direction, establishing major policies, and ensuring financial stability for the Telluride Regional Medical Center. Board members are required to attend monthly meetings and participate on subcommittees and special projects.
